Tom,
In order to allow sufficient time for the SHPO to complete their cultural resources clearance review
and approval for the five drill sites proposed on Lions Mesa, as well as the right of entry confirmation
from the US Forest Service for drill site 2009 D (per MR 352), Mountain Coal Company requests an
extension of the CDRMS decision date from Friday, April 16th to Friday April 24th. Please let me know
if you have any questions or concerns with this request.
