Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has fmished its adequacy review for <br />Technical Revision No. 59 (TR-59), submitted by Bowie Resources LLC for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The <br />Division has the following comments: <br />In the first paragraph on proposed permit text page 2.05-35, there is a sentence that states that there are <br />eleven small area exemptions that need silt fence. Please update this sentence since TR-59 will reduce <br />the number of small area exemptions that will require silt fence for sediment control. <br />2.
