Enclosed with this request are several items for your review related to <br />this request: <br />• A letter of Support from Flatiron Companies, the property owner. The contact name, <br />address and telephone number are found on the letterhead. <br />• A print-out from the Larimer County Assessor identifying the property ownership. <br />• Exhibit F "Reclamation Plan" illustrating the new reclamation plan. <br />• Exhibit C "Mining Plan" illustrating the new mine permit boundary.
