Therefore, all recorded monitoring events are considered Baseline. The monitoring point location for TC-low is located on Terror Ditch and found just below the headgate of Terror Ditch. It is accessed from the Terror Creek road by permission through locked gates. This monitoring point is referred to in the Bowie No. 1 Annual Hydrology Report as SW10. "Sampler did not have DO meter with him at time of monitoring • Baseline Information Collection initiated on 9/30/96 and not yet considered complete. Point TC-low has not been influenced by mining.
