O <br />Springfield, CO <br />Dear Mr. Bulkley; <br />This letter will serve to inform you that the Board of County Commissioners of Baca <br />County, 741 Main Street, Springfield, Colorado 81073 (719) 523-6532 has filed an <br />application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit <br />with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado <br />Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed`mine <br />is known as the BULKLEY PIT #17 (formerly Glover Pit), and is located at Section 13, <br />Township 34 South, Range 43 West, 6 h Prime Meridian. Baca County intends to conduct <br />surface mining operations at this site and you, as landowner of the permitted area, have a <br />period of Fourty-One (41) days to comment to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board If you so desire. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June 15, 2009, and the proposed date of <br />completion is April 6, 2019.
