Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Keenesburg Mine, Permit No. C-1981-028, First Quarter 2009 Sediment Pond Inspection Report <br />Dear Mr. MacDonald: <br />The Division has reviewed Coors Energy Company's First Quarter 2009 Sediment Pond Inspection report. <br />CEC's First quarter 2009 sediment pond report was received by the Division on April 7, 2009. Sediment <br />pond inspections were conducted by CEC on March 19, 2009. <br />No problems were noted for any of the impoundments in the report. No discharge from any of the ponds <br />was reported. CEC did not identify any maintenance required as a result of this inspection.
