We are using the entrance
through the Southway pit to gain access to our property.
The discussion regarding crossing the ditch was only an informal question as to if we
crossed the ditch with our conveyor during Phase II operations, would we need to
address that in our mining plan. Upon further discussion on our part, we have decided
crossing the ditch with the conveyor would create more headache than it would be
worth. The ditch will be protected with a 100' buffer on both sides.
Yf you have any questions or need any additional information, please contact me at the
above telephone number.
Sincerely,
lffany =ki(?s
ASPHALT CONSTRUCTORS, INC.
AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
