The Operator, Cheyenne County, files this Notice of Intent to Continue Sand and Gravel
Operations at the unsc it, Permit # M-2000-018).
1. Active mining operations for the year 2008 were within the permit area
boundaries.
2. Approximately 600 cubic yards were mined in 2008. Mining map attached.
3. Ongoing reclamation of the active mining site will occur on an ongoing basis.
4. The operator intends to mine approximately 600 cubic yards during the 2009
mining year.
Please find enclosed the annual fee of $323.00.
