The responses are numbered to correspond to
your comments.
1. (a) Both Tables 1 and 2 have been updated (see attached) to include the five drill sites proposed
on MCC's property on Lions Mesa. Drill holes 2009 E-G will be drilled with helicopter access and
drill holes 2009 H & I will be drilled on existing roads on the mesa. No site preparation will be
needed for the helicopter holes and only road blading will be needed to access drill holes 2009 H
and I, with only slight widening of the road (up to 10' additional width) needed at the drilling sites.
(b) The first paragraph on page 2 of the March 30, 2009 Exploration Plan has been corrected to
correspond with Table 2 of the Plan. A copy of the revised page is attached.
2. As is stated in the third paragraph under "Proposed Access Routes" on page 5 of the Plan, "a stream
channel diversion for drill holes next to ephemeral streams will not be necessary." This statement
applies to the five Lions Mesa drill sites 2009 E-1, as well.
Please feel free to contact me or Wendell Koontz at (970)929-2238 and (970)929-2246, respectively, or by
e-mail should you have further questions.
Sincerely.
>
Kat teen G.
