The current reclamation estimate includes the cost to
reclaim two 10.5 foot diameter ventilation shafts located along Hubbard Creek. Bowie
has determined that only one shaft will be required. Therefore, this revision requests a
bond reduction of approximately $34,600 for the estimated reclamation expense
applicable to one ventilation shaft.
The text that described the two ventilation shafts was amended by MR-97. Page 2.05-
16 now states that only one ventilation shaft will be constructed.
Sincerely,
J. E. Stover, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
cc: Wm. A. Bear, Jr.
