Yesterday, I realized that a bond reduction request needs to be submitted in a technical revision or a permit revision per
Rule 3.02.2(5). Unfortunately, I didn't realize this when I asked you to review MR-97 for the emergency escape hoist and
bond reduction for Bowie No. 2. Therefore, we need to separate out the hoist reclamation cost from the bond reduction.
We will have a partial approval for MR-97 involving just the hoist. Bowie will submit a separate TR for the bond reduction.
So, could you please redo the bond calculation for the hoist in MR-97, leaving out the bond reduction for now? Thanks!
