Oxbow's <br />response is as follows. <br />Item 1. Table of Contents - A revised Table of Contents for the List of Maps is included <br />herein for inclusion in the PAP. <br />Item 2. Reference Maps - The small reference maps are miniature versions of full sized <br />maps contained elsewhere in the PAP. These maps were submitted during the previous PR-04 <br />submittal as an apparent review aid. Due to their small scale, they serve little ongoing purpose. <br />Oxbow will no longer "support" these small maps and they may be removed from the PAP. <br />Item 3. Permit Chronology - The requested updated permit chronology is attached for <br />inclusion into the PAP. <br />Item 4. Introduction Section - The challenge is to make the PAP narrative describe the <br />present conditions, while still acknowledging important and relevant historic references. A <br />revised Introduction Section is included herein for inclusion in the PAP. <br />Item 5. Section 201 - General Requirements - Existing Operations - A revised Section <br />2.01 is included herein for inclusion into the PAP. <br />Item 6. Section 2.02 - Coal Exploration - A revised Section 2.02 is included herein for <br />inclusion into the PAP. <br />Items 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. Legal, Financial, Compliance and Related Information - Section <br />2.03.3, thru 2.03.12 - Revised pages 2.03-1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 15, 17, 19, 20 are attached. Please <br />0 Page 1
