Grassy Gap is a permit revocation/bond forfeiture site (C1981-039). <br />There are no remaining bond monies. Time will be about 10am. I plan to drive from Golden that morning. <br />Grassy Gap is private surface, fee coal, and originally permitted with Federal Coal which, I believe the federal <br />coal lease was not mined.
