Enclosed please find <br />pertinent information. <br />1) Proof of publication-.Glover Pit <br />a) Also the agreements for damage reimburse to the 4-wire barbed wire fence <br />states that it also serves as notice to landowner as to our intention to mine <br />on or close to their property. <br />2) The list of permittee responsibilities 1 thru 10 are initialed and returned. <br />3) The maximum acreage to be disturbed is denoted as 20 (Refer to paragraph (d) <br />in the mining plan). <br />4) The owners of record are listed in Exibit O in the application. There are structure <br />damage reimbursement agreements with the Bulkleys and with Ada Haddock to <br />the East of the permitted area. The language in these agreements serve to inform <br />these landowners intent to seface mine there. <br />5) There is language added to the reclamation plan (exibit E paragraph C) to address <br />question 5. <br />6) There is language added to the reclamation plan (Exibit E paragraph C) to address <br />question 6. <br />7) Find enclosed the new lease with Bulkley. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this application. <br />Respect <br />Peter L.
