Your notice was reviewed by our office and approved on April 1, <br />2009. The financial warranty for this site was determined to be $2,000.00. This financial warranty must be <br />submitted on the appropriate Mined Land Reclamation Board approved forms which are available from our <br />office or can be downloaded from our website at (http://mining.state.co.us/). <br />Please be advised that you may not commence operations until the financial warranty has been <br />submitted and approved by our office.
