On April 3, 2009, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety determined the
application for the WSG-Hribar Pit to be complete for the purposes of filing. Pursuant to Rule
1.4.6(1), the decision date for the application is May 4, 2009. Please be advised that the
application for the WSG-Hribar Pit may be found deficient and may be denied on May 4, 2009
unless the following adequacy issues are addressed to the Division's satisfaction.
1. Pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(1)(g), please provide proof of publication for the newspaper notice
required under Rule 1.6.2(1)(d).
2. Pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(1)(g), please provide proof of notice to all owners of record of the
surface and minerals rights of the affected land, and the owners of record of all land surface
within 200 feet of the permit boundary, as required under Rule 1.6.2(1)(e)r
The Division accepts the reclamation cost estimation, totaling $18,200, as proposed on page 26
of the application.
