On March 25, 2009, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety determined the
application for AM-01 for the Mott Gravel Pit to be complete for the purposes of filing. Pursuant to
Rule 1.4.6(1), the decision date for AM-01 is April 24, 2009. Please be advised that AM-01 may
be found deficient and may be denied on April 24, 2009 unless the following adequacy issue is
addressed to the Division's satisfaction.
Pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(1)(g), please provide proof of publication for the newspaper notice
required under Rule 1.6.2(1)(d).
The Division accepts the reclamation cost estimation, totaling $8,452, as proposed in Table D-3
of the application.
