Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On March 6, 2009, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your <br />request for release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. <br />The permit area was reduced to 5.32 acres, through the release of 2.18 acres in this permit <br />action.
