Sherman <br />The DRMS document images can be copied to either a CD or a DVD. Please check one below and return this Executive Director <br />form with your payment to DBMS. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called.Ronald w. Cattany <br />Division Director <br />CD Q $5.00 per disk DVD @ $20.00 per disk Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. <br />Computer requirements to on the DBMS document Imaging CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase =0 be in the D: drim A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the.tif extension. Thane needs to be an image viewing application for.tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multiage documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Farr Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pro-Windows.XP computers <br />does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrflnView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrfsnView", it needs to be configured as your default tif viewer. DBMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imagmg for Windows". <br />Instructions: <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD iiom the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuiekView Autwm, which runs the QuickView <br />setup pacogram, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autoirm program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minin¢.state.co.us. <br />The Permit File document Images can be viewed In the ration area of the DBMS office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD purchase cost coven the time and labor of making the CD.
