Box 285 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Mesa, CO 81643 <br />Re: Nichols Gravel Pit, Permit - 1981 y 013,`712c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit, <br />Technical Revision, TR - 01, Approval. <br />Dear Mr. Nichols <br />On March 30, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on March 25, 2009, addressing the following: <br />• Modification to the mine plan to allow mining in a section classified as an area of minor disturbance along <br />the northern permit boundary. Mining and backfilling of this area is to take place within a week of the <br />approval of this technical revision. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-. <br />1981-013.
