Dear Mr. Nichols
On March 30, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application
submitted to the Division on March 25, 2009, addressing the following:
• Modification to the mine plan to allow mining in a section classified as an area of minor disturbance along
the northern permit boundary. Mining and backfilling of this area is to take place within a week of the
approval of this technical revision.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-.
1981-013. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M -1981-013 remain in full force and effect.
The current bond amount of $44,150.00 appears to be adequate at this time.
