This TR will bring our Permit up to date with current <br />conditions and follows your on site inspection of 28 January '09. <br />Item 1. Due to Whitewaters desire to keep its viable agricultural <br />field in the western portion of Stage 3B as long as possible, We <br />would like to change the nomenclature of Stage 4B by adding it to <br />and make it part of 3B. Extraction of Stage 3B has started and <br />the overburden is being placed in the area of TR-1, 2004. This <br />change in the Stage numbering will not make any changes to our <br />Reclamation Permit and will simply bring our numbering system up <br />to date with current operations. Eventually all of Stage 3B will <br />be mined as shown in our permit. <br />Item 2. With the change in nomenclature of Stage 4B we would <br />change Stage 4A to Stage 4. <br />Item 3. Mining of Stage 4 will happen before the final mining of <br />Stage 3A and the enlarged Stage 3B. Materials from Stage 4 will <br />be moved North across these stages. <br />Item 4. As shown in our 2008 Annual Report the lake created in <br />Stage 3A will not be enlarged until the silt pond ( west 1/3rd ) <br />fills and more silt pond is needed. <br />Due to these changes Whitewater will, as it has always done, <br />slope and shape as we move forward with extraction of any stage. <br />This will be done so that there is no more than 1500 Ln.
