Box 346 <br />Nucla, CO 81424 <br />Re: New Horizon Mine - Permit No. C-1981-008 <br />TR-57 - Soil Resource Information and Topsoil Redistribution. <br />Meeting Scheduled for 14 April 2009 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Morgan, Mike and JoEllen: <br />At your request and with the concurrence of Western Fuels - Colorado, the TR-57 <br />hearing scheduled for April 8-9 2009 before the Mined Land Reclamation Board has <br />been continued (deferred) until May. <br />In the mean time, a meeting has been scheduled for the purpose of discussing TR-57 and <br />any questions or concerns that you may have about the proposed revisions to the New <br />Horizon permit. Sandy Brown, Dan Mathews and I will be in Nucla on the afternoon of <br />Tuesday, April 14th to meet with you and WFC. The meeting will be held at the Mine <br />Office Training Room beginning at 1:30 p.m. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions prior to the meeting on the 1.4th.
