Also as noted in the October 2008 inspection report, the SL-4 bond release area appears that it would <br /> support the approved postmining residential land use. Although these re-vegetated areas appear ready <br /> for residential use based on their reclamation and the existing roads,no facilities or activities were <br /> found on the site that are specific to residential use, for example: home construction, residential <br /> utilities, a domestic water supply well, or a home septic treatment system. <br /> NOW <br /> _ ksR <br /> Photo I - Recently backfilled and regraded Pond I (looking northeast). Almost all fill and topsoil <br /> came from Topsoil stockpile#8 which was located to the right, out of the view of this photo. Some <br /> topsoil apparently came from Topsoil stockpile N4, which is partly in view in upper left of photo. <br /> Photo 2 - Equipment storage area at south end of the site(looking northwest). <br /> 6 <br />
