(m) No processing will be done. The material will be excavated and removed from the <br />site. <br />(n) The primary material to be removed is gravel to be used as road base for owners <br />Mobile Home Park. <br />(o) No incidental materials are anticipated. <br />(p) No explosives will be used. <br />Response to letter dated November 3, 2008 from Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safe <br />(5) a. Change topsoil depth to be removed and stockpiled to 12 inches <br />b. Stock pile will be located on the north side of north pit and south side of south <br />pit, all within the affected area boundary <br />(6) Stockpiles to be stabilized with vegetation using seed mix from restoration plan <br />(7) a. Change dimension of affected area to 400 feet by 500 feet <br />b. Change maximum depth of pit to 40 feet. <br />c. Access to both pits will be from existing drive. Material from the north pit will <br />be removed to the south and material from the south pit will be removed to the <br />north. See mining plan. <br />(8) The swale ditch now shown on Exhibit C is I foot deep with 3:1 sideslopes and <br />therefore a top width of 6 feet. The north pit topsoil stock pile acts as berm on the <br />upstream side. The south pit has no berm on the northside since this is where material <br />is to be removed. All are within the "Affected Area."
