EXHIBIT B <br />(a) Property is rolling hills and pasture land. Soil types are the bresser sandy loam 0 to 3 <br />percent slope and 3 to 5 percent slopes, map symbols 11 and 12. <br />(b) There are no permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the area to be mined. <br />(c) The proposed sites are located south of an intermittent stream labeled as Steel Fork <br />which, when flowing, flows from northwest to southeast. A second intermittent stream <br />labeled as Pond Creek is located south of the sites and also flows from northwest to <br />southeast. There are smaller intermittent streams that are located on the property and <br />these flow into Pond Creek. <br />These intermittent streams are not located within the area to be mined. Both <br />mining pits are on the high ridge between intermittent streams. <br />(d) Not required for this 110 permit. <br />Response to letter dated November 3, 2008 from Division of Reclamtion, Mining and <br />Safe <br />(3) The vegetation on the site is comprised mainly of short grass, prairie species, and <br />yucca <br />(4) Information on flow rates, water table and water quality of the intermittent streams <br />is not available.
