Sherman <br />The DRMS document images can be copied to either a CD ora DVD. Please check one below and return this Executive Director <br />form with your payment to DBMS. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be calledRonald W. Cattany <br />Division Director <br />CD Q S5.00 per disk DVD @ 620.00 per disk Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. <br />Computer requirements to sae the DBMS doeament Imaging CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase 1= be in the . A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the.tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif On on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Palm" and they do not with QuwkVww. The Imagiung Viewer that comes with pro-Windows XP computers <br />does wort DRMS has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickVww. After downloading "Irf mView", it needs to be conldgurW as your de&ult tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Inabywons: <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD ftom the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuiekView Autoruq which runs the QuickView, <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autoiun program <br />does NOT work, you will need to mentally install the QuickView program. <br />1=11 uctiona for mentally installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The Permit File document Images can be viewed In the reception area of the DBMS optics or they can be parebased on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD parebase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
