Sherman The DRMS document images, can be copied to either a CD or a DVD. Please check one below and return this Executive Director form with your payment to DRMS. Computer requirements to use the DBMS document imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase l= be in the A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain Mss with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi page documents. On a Window XP computer, due default viewing programs are called "Windows Pichae and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QtwkVww. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrSaView", which can be downloaded from lrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be condgwmd as your dethuk .tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration an the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instroedons: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autoiun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. The Termk Pik document Images can be vkwed la the reception area of the DBMS otHce or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the due and labor of making the CD. DRMS cannot provide computer related support.
