Sherman The DRMS document images can be copied to either a CD or a DVD. Please check one below and return this Executive Director form with your payment to DBMS. Computer requirements to lase the DBMS document Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase 1M be in the W. drlro. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the.tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif On on your computer diet will handle single and multiage documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Pain" and they do not with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrhnView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrflmView", it needs to be configured as your dethult.tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such ss "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". ons: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which nma the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autonm program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us.
