Sherman <br />The DRMS document images can be copied to either a CD or a DVD. Please check one below and return this Executive Director <br />form with your payment to DBMS. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be Celled.Ronald W. Cattany <br />Division Director <br />CD @ $5.00 per disk DVD ® $20.00 per disk Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. <br />Computer requirements to lase the DBMS document Imaging CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase 1M be in the W. drlro. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the.tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif On on your computer diet <br />will handle single and multiage documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Pain" and they do not with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrhnView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrflmView", it needs to be configured as your dethult.tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such ss <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />ons: <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which nma the QuickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autonm program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The Permit F8e document Images cam be viewed V the reception area of the DBMS office or they can be purchased on s CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
