J J.? <br />Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on March 20, 2009, a minor revision application <br />(MR-96) to the Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-1996-083, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, <br />P.O. Box 483, Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. In Minor <br />Revision No. 96, Bowie Resources, LLC is proposing to place the fourth Quarter 2008 seismic report <br />into the permit application package.
