Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has completed a midterm review of the Coal Ridge Mine permit, as required by Rule <br />2.08.3(1). Division staff reviewed the currently approved permit application package, previous <br />"Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance" documents, permit stipulations, revisions to the <br />permit, variances and approvals and inspection and monitoring reports. The enclosed document is a <br />summary of the Division's findings as 'a result of this review. <br />Please note that the Division has completed an updated reclamation cost estimate and has included it <br />for your review.
