at this time for either the south side drainage from the fill or the northeast drainage from the <br />fill. In a phone call on March 31, 2009 with Trapper Mine personnel, the Division discussed <br />possible changes to the drainage design for Horse Gulch Fill to incorporate 100-year <br />channels to meet the requirements of 4.09.2(7). We also discussed using two riprap <br />downdrains as recommended by the Agapito Report, rather that the single north downdrain <br />as shown on the Trapper Figure T-1. Should these changes be implemented, surface <br />drainage calculations, including SEDCAD design information, will need to be revised and re- <br />submitted. <br />Given the above concerns and the likely changes that will be necessary to the information as <br />currently submitted, I will defer a more detailed review until after we receive revised <br />information in the near future. <br />Let me know if you have any other questions.
