In 2006 a Technical Revision was filed to change the recla- <br />mation plan to match the Adams County PUD for the property. Recla- <br />mation on the main area was to grade for use as a materials stock- <br />pile area, Asphalt and Concrete Batch Plants. The west and north <br />slopes were seeded many years ago. To complete reclamation approx- <br />imately one-half of the north slope adjacent to the highway was to <br />be riprap stabilized. The western and east sides of the north line <br />have more that 4 growing seasons on them. The mine is located in <br />Adams County, SE1/SE1/, of Section 36, T-2-S, R-68-W, 6th P.M. <br />Attached are the items required by Rule 4.17.1, the affidavit <br />stating reclamation is complete and the landowners contact informa- <br />tion. A map showing the mines location is included so you can find <br />the mine when you do the inspection. We just found that the bond <br />is coming up for renewal in April and ask if this could be expe- <br />dited so we can save some money.
