Jared,
Lafarge would like to formally extend the correction date for the required actions on
three of our pits.
V 1. Duckworth - Extend to May 31, 2009 - Lafarge is working with the ditch company to
collect the most recent agreements.
2. Stromquist - Extend to June 30, 2009 - Due to the extensive earthwork that maybe
required at this site, Lafarge requests an extension to the correction time.
3. Shaw - Extend to June 30, 2009 - Lafarge is currently working with the Property Owner
of the site and will need to settle some issues before all the correction items can be
addressed.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter and I hope these dates will work for the
corrective items.
