March 27, 2009 <br />Witnesses and Exhibits <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />I. WITNESSES <br />Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc. (Aggregate) hereby identifies and designates the following <br />individuals as witnesses who may be called by Aggregate at the Formal Board Hearing: <br />1. Mike Refer, Vice President, Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc., 1707 Cole Blvd., Suite <br />100, Golden, CO 80401, (303) 985-1070. Mr. Refer may be called to testify about the <br />Reclamation Permit Application filed in November 2008, the facts and circumstances <br />surrounding the application, and operations at the Riverview Resource site. Mr. Refer may <br />also be called to testify about the accommodations made with regard to the referenced <br />application, as well as any other matters relevant to the application or necessary to rebut <br />any other testimony at the hearing. <br />2. Connie Davis, Land Resources Assistant, Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc., P.O. Box <br />337231, Greeley, CO 80633-0621, (970) 336-6526. Ms. Davis may be called to testify <br />about the Reclamation Permit Application filed in November 2008, the facts and <br />circumstances surrounding the application, and operations at the Riverview Resource site. <br />Ms. Davis may also be called to testify about the accommodations made with regard to the <br />referenced application, as well as any other matters relevant to the application or <br />necessary to rebut any other testimony at the hearing. <br />3. Barbara Brunk, Landscape Architect, Manager, Resource Conservation Partners, LLC, <br />P.O. Box 1522 Longmont, CO 80503, (303) 532-2262. Ms. Brunk may be called to testify <br />about the Reclamation Permit Application filed in November 2008, the facts and <br />circumstances surrounding the application, and operations at the Riverview Resource site. <br />Ms. Brunk may also be called to testify about the accommodations made with regard to the <br />referenced application, as well as any other matters relevant to the application or <br />necessary to rebut any other testimony at the hearing. <br />4. Gary Linden , R.G., Project Manager, Tetra Tech, 1900 South Sunset Street, Suite 1- <br />F, Longmont, CO 80501, (303) 772.5282. Mr. Linden may be called to testify about the <br />Reclamation Permit Application filed in November 2008, the facts and circumstances <br />surrounding the application, and any soil stability or geotechnical related issues <br />surrounding the application and operations at the Riverview Resource site. Mr. Linden may <br />also be called to testify about the accommodations made with regard to the referenced <br />application, as well as any other matters relevant to the application or necessary to rebut <br />any other testimony at the hearing. <br />II.
