SLOPENV was used in the slope stability analysis. The Morgenstern- <br />Price method was utilized and a factor of safety is computed that satisfies both the force <br />and moment equilibrium. The SLOPENV program incorporates a search routine to <br />locate the lowest factor of safety within the user defined search criteria. The search <br />criteria were defined with `entry and exit' parameters. The 'entry and exit' method is <br />used to define a group of circular trial slip surfaces.
