2.05.6 Mitigation of the Impacts of Mining Operations
(1) Air Pollution Control Plan
(1)(a) All permit applications for new operations shall contain a copy of
the application for an emission permit and shall be updated
accordingly as initial or final decisions are rendered.
A copy of the emission permits are presented in Volume II,
Appendix E, Air Pollution Emission Permits. The emission permits
are actually referred to as construction permits. Anew Air Pollution
Emission Permit has been applied for as part of TR-16.

(1)(b) Other than the above referenced air emission permits, no other
permit applications are known to be necessary to comply with other
applicable State or Federal air quality laws or regulations.
