3-19 <br />If channel erosion is evident after initial reclamation, other methods may be <br />utilized to eliminate erosion. These methods may include the use of gabions, <br />temporary fabric fences or similar devices. <br />Sedimentation ponds and temporary diversion structures will be backfilled, <br />reclaimed and abandoned as required. They hydrological balance of the permit area <br />will be returned to a state very closely resembling that prior to effecting the area. <br />M`Clane Volume 1 06/04 <br />
