Photos <br />enclosed. <br />3.1.10 - I'm working with local suppliers for weed control sprays <br />that are safe for the surrounding business, home owners and the <br />aquatic like that is already established within the mine reclamation <br />area (pond). The plan for the Tamarisk and Russian olive trees on <br />the mine site is for them to be removed. <br />1. 13.2 - Reclamation is ongoing. See enclosed photos. <br />3.1.5 - Imported inert fill, concrete and asphalt, are being used <br />along the shore line. It is being'-placed below water level with an <br />excavator. This will give support for topsoil at or above water line <br />at a 3-1 slope for greater protection against settling, wind and <br />water erosion.
