Previously, this roadway disturbance was included within the Waste Rock <br />C, West Pit and tailing facility disturbance identification. Therefore, the roadway <br />disturbance acreage has been increased and disturbance acreage of the facilities has been <br />decreased. <br />** U.S. Natural Resource Conservation Service <br />Lysimeters were inspected monthly and reported to the Division. The lysimeters <br />remained dry throughout the year. <br />Ground water sampling and analysis of the San Luis town and Shalom ranch wells were <br />conducted in accordance with the applicable technical revision monitoring plan. <br />Laboratory analytical reports were distributed to the Division and the other applicable <br />parties upon receipt from the Laboratory. <br />Tailing facility under drain flows were monitored at the base of the embankment to <br />determine the under drain return flow rate to the collection pond.
