MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources LLC, enclosed is an application for a technical revision <br />to address small area exemptions. A silt fence design was prepared for the Hubbard <br />Creek pump station. A demonstration was prepared to show the vegetation on the rail <br />spur fill slopes is adequate to control erosion. <br />Amended pages 2.05-33, 35 & 35i and Exh-8 - 231 through 235 are enclosed. A <br />discussion of the Hubbard Creek pump station was added to the bottom of page 2.05- <br />33. The discussion of the Loadout SAEs in the first paragraph on page 2.05-35 was <br />amended.
