This format will also <br />facilitate addition, deletion or replacement of revised material. The text in this <br />submission is noted as "New 3-1-96" and tables, figures and appendices that have <br />been changed have been given the same date. Tables, figures and appendices that <br />have been coped with no corrections generally have prior new or revised dates. Many <br />of the old exhibits have been transferred to this submission from the former application. <br />Exhibits new or revised in this submission have a certification date between 2-27-96 <br />and 5-1-96. <br />This Tab Section 1 includes general information to help find specific information else <br />where in the application. Exhibit 1 is a general location map showing the permit <br />boundary relative to the town of Palisade, Colorado. Exhibit 2 is an index map showing <br />the coverage of many of the other exhibits in this application relative to the permit <br />• boundary. Tables of content specific to the individual Tab Sections are include at the <br />beginning of each section. Tables of content for all of the text, tables, figures, <br />appendices and exhibits are included in this section. References used in preparation <br />of this application are also listed in this section. <br /> <br />
