2.01.5 Permit Term
TCLLC is submitting this application for a permit term of five years with the right of
successive renewal. Prior to the expiration of the fifth year, TCLLC will request a
permit term for an additional five years.
2.01.6 Permit Fees
As required under this Section of the Colorado Regulations, TCLLC submitted a
permit fee of $105.00. There are approximately 20 acres within the area to be
permitted for the coal loadout facility.
