Cattany <br />Paonia, Colorado 81428 Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-96-083, Bowie Resources LLC <br />Minor Revision No. 96, Fourth Quarter 2008 Seismic Report, Adequacy Review <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has fmished its adequacy review of <br />Bowie Resources LLC's (BRL) submittal for Minor Revision No. 96 (MR-96) for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. <br />The Division has a couple of questions concerning the MR-96 submittal. <br />1. Concerning Table 3, "Event Locations and Maximum Recorded PGAs", please explain why the <br />majority of events during the first two weeks of October 2008 show magnitude information but not <br />PGA information. <br />2.
