Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has received objections to the <br />proposed decision for Technical Revision No. 57 at the New Horizon Mine. <br />Therefore, staff has scheduled the matter for Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, for consideration. The hearing for consideration of the TR-57 proposed <br />decision will occur during the April 8 and 9, 2009 Board meeting at the Centennial Building, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, commencing at 9:00 a.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as the matter can be considered on April 8, or 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the <br />matter can be considered on April 9.
