CEC provided a copy of the public notice that they will run in the Fort Lupton Press.
The Fort Lupton. Press is an appropriate newspaper that is circulated and distributed to the Keenesburg
area. The town of Keenesburg uses the Fort Lupton Press for publication of official town business, as
confirmed by the Fort Lupton Press legal department. The Division reviewed the proposed public notice
and requests the following correction prior to CEC publishing the notice.
A. Please include a description with the type and appropriate dates of the reclamation work
performed, and a description of the results achieved as they relate to the permittee's approved
reclamation plan. This information is required by Rule 3.03.2(1)(b).
Once this correction is incorporated into the proposed public notice, CEC may proceed to publish the
notice. Other items required for the Division to review and evaluate the bond release application have
been submitted by CEC. Upon receipt of the proof of publication of the public notice, as required by Rule
3.03.2(1)(d), the Division will be able to determine if the application is complete and schedule a bond
release inspection within thirty (30) days of finding the application complete.
Please call me if you have any questions,
Sincerely,

-ntal Protection Specialist II
3567 Ext. 8107
Cc: Don MacDonald, Coors Energy Company, P.O.
