Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />This letter is formal notification that Stipulation No. 9 for the Bowie No. 2 Mine is no longer <br />attached to the Bowie No. 2 permit since the requirements of Stipulation No. 9 have been complied <br />with. Stipulation No. 9 required appropriate subsidence and seismicity studies to be approved by the <br />Division before mining within one mile of the Bruce Park Dam and the Terror Creek Reservoir could <br />occur.
