The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />1. The near vertical slopes located at the eastern permit boundary are currently out of <br />compliance with the requirements of the reclamation permit held by the Division. <br />Corrective Action: Submit a revision to the permit that accounts for the changes in the mining and <br />reclamation methods that apply to the eastern permit boundary. Please submit the requested <br />materials no later than May 1, 2008. <br />2.
