<br />AGREEMENT OF COMPENSATION <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that landowners adjacent to a proposed mining <br />operation be informed about the mine and the reclamation. Further, the Act provides protection for structures that <br />are within 200 feet of a mining operation. <br />CAMAS Colorado, Inc,, dba Aggregate Industries, has submitted its application for a Division of Minerals <br />and Geology Regular 112 Operation Permit to the State of Colorado and an amended application to USR 897 within <br />Weld County, for sand and gravel mining located in Sec. 32 and 33, T6N, R.66 W of the & P.M., Weld County, <br />Colorado. -Ganeee Vie, is the owner of a pipeline within the boundaries of said permit applications. <br />&iC0,J0f.v fie, L;' kk p CC-fL) vw" <PL <br />Aggregate Industries must in permissioan fromGeneeowlna. in order to conduct operations closer than <br />200 feet to the str c owned by `, In addition, Aggregate Industries must commit to repairing, replacing <br />or compensating c e for any damage that might be caused to its structures by the mining operation of Aggregate <br />industries at this site. <br />By this agreement, Aggregate Indust i gequests authorization from 4 eao4fw. to conduct mining <br />operations up to a thirty-foot setback from m ` `' structures located within the boundaries of the permit <br />applications as described above.
