The operator will replace an average of 6 inches <br />of the AB soil horizons as approved in the original Reclamation Plan. This has been stated on the <br />revised Reclamation Map enclosed with this letter. <br />3) Topsoil is not distinguishable from overburden at this site. The operator will replace. an average of 6 <br />inches of the AM soil horizons as approved in the original Reclamation Plan.
