REQUEST TO RETAIN A SEDIMENTATION POND AS A PERMANENT FEATURE
To Whom It May Concern
As an Owner of surface lands within the Seneca II Mine permit area (Permit No. C-80-005), it is hereby requested that
exis'[ing sedimentation ponds be left as a permanent feature following final reclamation of the Seneca II Mine. The
sedimentation ponds are described as follows and are shown on the attached drawing:

In addition to the sedimentation ponds, Seneca Coal Company requests permission to leave an existing stock watering
pond as a permanent feature following Fnal reclamation. The stock watering pond is described as follows and shown
